Anica Vrlec Bartolić is Associate Director of People & Organizational Culture Development at Ergomed, where she leads initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational culture, talent growth, change management, and ESG-related people programs. An organizational psychologist and leadership development specialist, Anica brings more than 15 years of experience across human resources, learning and development, organizational transformation, and consulting. Prior to joining Ergomed, she held senior leadership and people advisory roles at EY and is also a practicing cognitive behavioural therapist focused on resilience, wellbeing, and leadership development.
