Dorothy Kluener is Environment Health Safety & Sustainability Lead at Forge Biologics, where she oversees programs that promote safe operations, environmental stewardship, and sustainable manufacturing practices. Since joining Forge in 2021, she has played a key role in advancing site-wide sustainability initiatives, including My Green Lab certification across laboratories and cGMP manufacturing suites. Dorothy brings experience spanning biotechnology, construction, manufacturing, and environmental health and safety management, with a passion for building sustainability into highly regulated operational environments.
