Rachel Kaufman is Vice President of Global Sustainability & Impact at Avantor, where she leads the company’s sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, and environmental performance initiatives. Combining expertise in business, science, and sustainability, Rachel works across global teams to embed sustainability into core operations and strengthen customer and supplier partnerships. Prior to Avantor, she spent more than 14 years at Johnson & Johnson in sustainability and brand leadership roles. Rachel holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS from Cornell University.
