Sarah Stiff is the ESG Controller at Legend Biotech, a global cell therapy company, where she leads ESG reporting and compliance efforts. She focuses on building scalable, audit-ready reporting processes and preparing the organization for evolving ESG regulations by strengthening data, controls, and governance. Prior to Legend, Sarah worked in Deloitte’s ESG and Sustainability Services practice, advising companies on ESG disclosures, assurance, and reporting frameworks. She is a CPA with degrees from Case Western Reserve University and The University of Texas at Austin.
