Sarah Vogel is Principal Engineer and leader of Amgen’s Environmental Sustainability Data Analytics team within Global Engineering. She translates sustainability commitments into measurable, auditable programs, overseeing enterprise data governance, ESG reporting and assurance, regulatory readiness, digital transformation, climate strategy, carbon accounting, and supplier engagement. Sarah develops high-performing teams and strengthens data quality, controls, and long-term sustainability planning across the organization. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her husky, and playing tennis with her son.
