Sharon Vidal is Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability and EHS at Hologic, where she leads the company’s global sustainability, ESG, and environmental health and safety strategy. With more than 25 years of experience, Sharon has built and led sustainability programs across the life sciences sector. Before joining Hologic, she held senior sustainability and corporate responsibility leadership roles at Illumina and Thermo Fisher Scientific, driving initiatives focused on environmental stewardship, social impact, and operational excellence.
